Return and Refund Policy for Smart Five Card Solutions Online Store

1. Returns
1.1. 14-Day Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products. If the product does not work according to specifications, you may return the item(s) for a refund or replacement.

1.2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Consumables such as ribbons, cards, and cleaning kits must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

1.3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@smartfive.co.za or +27 11 391 4693 and inform us about the interoperability of the product. You will be responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us, and the package clearly marked as a return.

1.4. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part or a defective product.

2. Refunds
2.1. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days. A handling charge for approved opened products of 25% will apply which will be deducted from the refund.

2.2. Non-Refundable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including opened consumable products like ribbons, cards, and cleaning kits, as well as any personalized or customized items unless they are defective or an error on our part.

3. Replacements and Exchanges
